چکیده
In the present investigation, zinc oxide nanorods (ZnO-NR) were synthesized via hydrothermal method using ZnCl2 as a ion precursor in presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. Synthesized ZnO-NR was featured advanced techniques including XRD, PL, SEM, and UV-visible spectroscopy. The role these assynthesized evaluated for sequestration lead ions batch mode. elimination achieved at pH 6-7 0.06 g adsorbent dose, 25 min contact time, mg/L initial concentration, 323 K temperature, 200 rpm agitation speed. A thermodynamic study revealed endothermic nature onto ZnO-NR. followed kinetic (pseudo-second-order) isotherm (Langmuir) models. eliminated up to 142 mg/g optimum level affecting variables. might be potential removal from industrial effluents.

Electrocoagulation (EC) in a batch cell with Al anode and Fe cathode in monopolar parallel (MP) connection was used for the removal of basic dye, Bromophenol Blue (BPB). The effects of current density, pH, temperature and initial dye concentration, on the process were investigated. Equlibrium data were analyzed using four model equations: Langmuir, Freudlinch, Temkin and Dubinin–Radushkevich. D...
